Below are the steps to activate Feedback:
Click on settings
Step-1- Mark the Feedback Active
Step 2- Ask Questions on services (If you want you can active it )
Step 3- Ask Questions on Food (If You Want you can active it )
Step 4- Ask Questions on cleanliness (If You Want you can active it )
Step 5-Ask a Question in comment (If You Want you can active it )
Step 6- Ask Customer Information (If You Want you can active it )
Click on Configuration
Step 1- Send After a minute (After settlement how many minutes do you want to send a feedback message to the customer )
Step 2-Loyalty Points (How many points you have to give to customers if they give Feedback)
Step 3- Minimum Bill Amount (Minimum "entered" amount Required to send FeedBack Msg )
